Canada Financial Officer
Under the supervision of the Manager, AS, the Administrative Officer gives managerial and money related administrations to all divisions in ACE for both budgetary (invoicing, debt claims, creditor liabilities, making POs and PRs, accommodating, getting ready month-end balance reports, accommodating F&S Month-end charges), and HR forms (HR upkeep for lasting month to month staff, USW network steps, entering new contracts and exchanges on HRIS, keeping up month to month unlucky deficiencies for changeless staff, procuring easygoing staff on HRIS, fortnightly and month to month easygoing finance); gets ready and conveys week after week reports of classroom and different grounds action to different divisions on grounds; books classrooms for Continuing Education divisions at the University; gathers week after week reports from Classroom Patrol and guarantees their work is finished; and fills in as reinforcement for the RRS bunch at ACE and Test and Exam Services when essential, for example, amid occupied periods (i.e. get-away, disease, beginning of term).

Training:
Finished Ontario school propelled recognition or a comparable mix of training and experience.
Experience:
Three years’ involvement of AMS/FIS/HRIS or comparable experience. Commonality with St. George grounds and structures is an advantage
Abilities:
Continuation inquiry programs, Room Reservation System or comparative booking program, Microsoft office, particularly Excel for bookkeeping and detailing, Accounting or Bookkeeping background
Other:
Capacity to sort out work; politeness and decision making ability. Great client benefit aptitudes.

Pay Scale Group and Hiring Rate: USW Pay Band 09 – $56,272 with a yearly advance movement to a most extreme of $71,963. Pay scale and employment class task is liable to assurance compliant with the Job Evaluation/Pay Equity Maintenance Protocol.
