Portrayal of Duties

Aids the arrangement of the Region’s working spending plan and multi year capital arrangement for customer program territories; helps with representing the Region of Waterloo Arts Fund; gives backings and administration to property duty and evaluation capacities; accommodates the Region’s general ledger.

Information, Skills and Abilities Required:

Information of planning, budgetary, and administration bookkeeping hones/standards; money related/frameworks examination; and business/financial/mathematic standards, typically gained through a 4-year Bachelors Degree in Finance, Business, Commerce, Economics, Mathematics, or identical field, in addition to current enrolment or qualification for enrolment in the CPA Professional Education Program (PEP), in addition to 3 years of related work understanding.

Information and capacity to follow corporate approaches/systems/hones, charge directions, and sound accounting standards.

Systematic, authoritative, and critical thinking aptitudes to sort out outstanding tasks at hand, meet needs, and give/react to specially appointed solicitations for data

Relational abilities to collaborate with/gather monetary data from Finance staff and customers and; trade data and resolve issues with outside organizations, Ministries, and districts; clarify and decipher specialized/budgetary data so it is reasonable to changed crowds; survey and clarify data on spending plans/money related investigations at gatherings; and partake as a viable colleague.

PC aptitudes utilizing programming, for example, Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and budgetary frameworks. Capacity to create spreadsheets/databases.
